Eng Seng Cement Products (ESCP) was founded in 1961 to manufacture concrete products. The Company has since expanded its manufacturing activities and was incorporated into a private limited company in 1972. ESCP has been a leading concrete products producer for the public housing in Singapore, concentrating. 
On producing normal weight and light weight component such as slabs, staircases, household shelters, facades, solid and hollow blocks, roofing slabs and partition walls to meet the demand of the building construction in Singapore. Armed with many years of experience in the precast concrete business and improved technology, ESCP prides itself on delivering quality products.
